This course is designed for those who wish to develop a path to realize the Buddha’s Teaching
The 20 well-structured lessons combined guided practices with basic understanding of meditation and practical applications in daily life.
The following meditation subjects will be taught :
• Loving Kindness (Metta)
• 32 parts of the body (Kayanupasana)
• Concentration (Samatha)
• Insight (Vipassana)
• Location : Pu Ji Si BRC 4th floor multi-purpose hall
